A: In addition to Oncollegee content, Oncollegee.ai hosts your approved content in a controlled, access-limited environment used to ground your team's coaching sessions. During discovery & setup, we'll discuss the resources you want Oncollegee.ai to pull from.
Q: Does Oncollegee.ai integrate with our existing LMS?
A: Oncollegee.ai is designed to complement your existing learning tools. You can connect to Oncollegee.ai via SSO, we can bridge to your LMS, or we can put Oncollegee.ai right on phones and tablets.
Q: Who can see the learner insights and analytics?
A: Insights on skill gaps, topics, and engagement are shared with L&D/Management in our Analytics tab. The learner can also monitors their own progress in their dashboard. If you prefer, we can help identify unmet training needs for you.
Q: How long does implementation take?
A: We start with a trial of 5-20 people, then we set up the customization, and then the connection. All in probably 5 weeks to implement Oncollegee.ai, the trial being the longest segment.
Q: Does this replace our human coaches or trainers?
A: No. Oncollegee.ai is designed to complement human coaching, not replace it — it handles the knowledge and reinforcement layer so your trainers can focus on higher-value coaching.
