Getting started: discovery and setup
Every implementation begins with a discovery phase, where we learn your learners' current competencies and your company's goals. From there, we define how content will be customized, develop an adaptive learning strategy tailored to your organization, and assess your compliance needs. We then shape the coach's persona and tone to match your voice, and determine the right hosting and access strategy for your team, whether that's the Oncollegee portal, LMS integration, or a direct API/MCP integration.
From pilot to full rollout
With the foundation in place, you'll run a pilot with 5-20 learners, a low-risk way to see the coach in action before committing to a broader rollout. Throughout the pilot and beyond, our team provides hands-on onboarding, engagement support, and ongoing guidance, so your transition from trial to full customer is smooth from day one.
